When will the pain stop for good?

So my hand was hurting last night and I didnt think too much of it. And I woke up from a nap and felt fine. I did some homework and made some food. And now the pain is back again. Except worse this time. I smoked to help. It didnt do much for it! So I tried to sleep, didnt work, ate some food watched some tv. Still felt like I wanted to cut
