waiting tables is tough... here's what I do, when a guest blames me for their problem that isn't my fault, I ignore them. I realize that they have nobody else to yell at, and I don't soak it in. You'll have your bad days, but... if you make the best of what you have, you can have fun at work 99% of the time. That's what I try to do.

it wasn't as bad as i made it out to be. i just take things too seriously. i hate rude people. and i will be fine. i usually love my job!
