The Year in Receipts

So, I've sort let things slide as far as recording financial transactions and stuff in GnuCash for a little while. Like, for a year and a half. Meanwhile, I've been stashing my receipts here and there around Casa Machina. This weekend I finally decided to do something about it.

I tried keeping track of every penny I spent. I think I lasted like, a month.

...needless to say, I mostly look at my credit card bills at the end of the month and go "yeah, that looks about right"

Well, it's not every penny, just the credit and debit card receipts. Plus I got hit with a couple of overdraft fees last month because I wasn't paying close enough attention. D'oh!
