Ow!
My right foot is killing me. Started yesterday afternoon. I was fine at lunch, then an hour or so later the arch hurt so much that I could barely walk on it. I'm presuming it's some sort of cramp or spasm related to overuse on Sunday and Monday. I soaked it in hot water last night (it was way too late for ice by the time I got home), but it still hurts like hell.
