Sims: Pollination Exploration Results
Here’s the result of my Pollination Exploration, a challenge by pixel_trade with some additional rules of my own:
- All skintones and eyes on founders are (made) custom (= no random stuff showing up).
- The sim who loses 2 out of 3 Rock-Paper-Scissors games will pop out the offspring, with the exception of B. Fruitful.
- Random is hit by all pregnancies. The Random Generator picks the heir by multiple births.
- Offspring names: picked by the Random Generator and Wiki’s List of Biblical Names, with a bit of a tweak to fit genders.
All sims are provided with and without CC. The CC versions only contain skintone, eyes and hair. The non-CC versions will show up bald with your default alien skintone and eyes. The profile shots are in my own current default skintone and eyes. If something doesn't work, please tell me. It was a lot to upload and keep track off.
Meet the first founder: B. Fruitful, by pixelcurious
He went out on a stroll in space and found Winston Row by perchalicious.
(Note: Winston Row was packed with default alien skintone. My default skintone for aliens is a different one, so I used Trapping December Skinblend to make him look green again.)
The happy-go-lucky B. shared his love for popping out butt-babies, and Winston gladly shared his DNA. Together, they produced a very cute boy: Harosheth Fruitful. Look at him as a toddler! *melts*

The lovely Harosheth decided to follow his father B.’s footsteps and got into his spaceship as soon as he reached adulthood. Eventually, he found a very big-haired Bonnie by rocking_kitty.
Fierce Bonnie totally owned Harosheth during Rock-Paper-Scissors. She casually donated a couple of eggs and went on with her quest of becoming a rock star, leaving poor Harosheth alone with quite some interesting-looking quadruplets! O_o
Kid #1 is Fortuna Fruitful with grandpa B.’ eyes. She scared me as a toddler:

The Random Generator picked #2 (Drusillo) as heir. He left his family to find his mate and ended up in a forest, the residence of the lovely Nive Spyros by simsforaranya.
Drusillo told Nive about his quest and then they played Rock-Paper-Scissors. Unfortunatly for Nive, he lost. Drusillo happily donated his DNA and skipped off, back to his family. After some time, Nive popped out pretty and extremely active Kittim Spyros:

Kittim and her dad Nive had a great time chasing butterflies, but once Kittim turned into a woman, she wanted to catch something bigger: a mate. She kissed daddy Nive goodbye and kept wandering through space until she found the awesome blue party girl Asha Sef by iolesims.
Asha and Kittim instantly became best friends, gossiping their time away. It didn’t take long before Kittim told Asha about the tradition in her family and asked her to play Rock-Paper-Scissors with her. Asha agreed and promptly lost all games. This resulted in the extremely cute Raquel Sef, who inherited Kittim’s restlessness:

Raquel grew up to be a very pretty girl, but with two party queens for mothers, she wanted to find something more meaningful in life. As soon as she was allowed, she got into her spaceship and more or less crashed into the world of the most introspective alien ever: Oracle by lizbeth120:
Raquel was instantly drawn to her opposite in character and Oracle was fascinated by Raquel’s cheerfulness and charm. They soon played Rock-Paper-Scissors, but of course Oracle, in all her great wisdom, won all games (although she claims not to have cheated). Raquel gave birth to twins, a boy and a girl.
#1 is Idbas Sef, totally rocking his charming looks and also being extremely active:

The random Generator pointed Idbas as heir, but he didn’t feel like leaving the nest yet. For now, the pollination Exploration ends here, but for the sake of comparison, here are all the heirs (middele) with their parents (left and right):
