The Twilight fandom now has 72 writers.
Doctor Who (Torchwood) has 51
(Gilmore Girls has 21)

Last Auction Twilight fandom brought in the most money.
We did manage to beat the Gilmore Girl fandom though.

This Auction if we have to borrow or steal, we’ll find a way to outbid everyone.

Remember that you can plan bidding groups here.

We will NOT be beaten by sparkling vampires! Being beaten by Buffy I could live with, but Twilight? Real vampires don't sparkle!

We have to win this, folks!

Horror of horrors! Surely we can beat their quantity with quality and domations. I know it's all in a good cause, but . . . I can't help wanting the vampires from The Lost Boys to munch all the sparkly vampires.

"You can beg Wiggie to let you have a certain Author here."

Oh, anyone can simply ASK me! I stopped bidding on two authors last auction, because I was asked -- very nicely -- if I would.

After all, just because you're a crazed megalomaniac doesn't mean you can't be polite!

Now see, I was a Gilmorian BEFORE I was a Whovian. Gioia introduced me to the wonders of the whoniverse after the April Auction. So now, instead of taunting you all about beating you in the totals, I've joined you and I'm feeling a bit at a loss. How can one keep up the competitive fun when one is on both ends of the taunting?

Hmmm I just did some math and if you add up the number of DW authors and GG authors - it's 72... coincidence? I think not. So perhaps the two fandoms combined can kick some Shiny Twilight a--- well you know! :)

You play both sides. I have two bookmarks in Doctor Who, and one in Twilight. I'm seriously curious if the two DW bookmarks will sell for the same amount of money as the one Twilight bookmarks.

That's true. I'm curious to see which of my auctions will raise more, myself.
