i'll be the first to admit that i have a bad, bad case of pack-rat-itus, but damned if it kills me when i hear, or read in this case, of folks throwing away their past. just don't get it. i mean, it your life! memories in a trash bag gone forever!
i don't know. when chuck was narrating in the last episode, it struck me for the first time that, wow, they live in a car. yeah, a big car, but still a car. and the very limited space/weight cars can carry. what gets carried over the miles and the years? how does one come to a decision? what happens to the things that are carried for months and years and then are deliberately left behind?
This was painful to write, because it is such a defeat for Dean. To see his entire life in a trash bag and to realize, THIS is what he leaves behind. And in the end he has to throw it away, just a hard entry for me.
i get it. i just don't care for it. my mother is that kind of person--it's just stuff in her eyes while in mine it's important memories. and some peoples important stuff is anothers garbage...
can you believe i was mentally yelling at him 'JUST LEAVE IT AT BOBBY'S. OR GET YOUR OWN STORAGE THINGY. BUT DON'T THROW IT AWAY.' and sending sammy mind messages 'GO DUMPSTER DIVING WHEN HE'S NOT LOOKING.'
