Oh this is utterly heartbreaking. The way all three of them are at various points broken. I like that even though Jack goes through his heartbreak canonly, he has Rose there who refuses to let him go through everything alone. Poor Doctor nearly driven mad by trying to heal the Master and nearly lost by his death. I love the hopefulness of the ending with that kiss between Ten and Rose.

Thank you Santa for writing this.

You're welcome. This was actually the easiest of the fics I wrote for this exchange, despite being the longest. I looked at the characters you requested and your prompts and *BAM*: idea. I'm sorry I couldn't write you tie!sex, though. You had to settle for tie!kissing, since my muse apparently can't write Doctor/Rose sex more than once every couple of months.

It's still wonderful without sex. Again thank you very much for writing this.

Thank you. As for whether there's more to this one... I doubt it. I certainly didn't write this with any intention to continue it.

This is very good, very well written. The little things -- For a mad moment she nearly bursts out with, “I pulled a rabbit out of a hat for a living and got into a fist-fight with a gang of Romanian bikers,” -- make the whole thing very enjoyable. Nice job!
