Looks like it. I'd still wait for the official order if I were you. I don't want anyone getting hit with all this if my guess is wrong.

I wouldn't worry about it one way or another. Enjoy the wilderness while you're there; it's not usually that pleasant.

What shape are the islands in?

Same as anything else. They're still floating, but the buildings on them couldn't have taken well to the storm. I haven't ventured out to take a look.

It is good that you are fine. And yes. There is a lot of water everywhere! I do not know how many times we have had to towel-off Tenzou.
