Why are you moving to Lewisham?

It's only up the road from me, but it's not particularly the nicest of areas.

university, it's not technically lewisham, it's new cross, just north of it. I couldn't get halls any closer to central london.

New Cross? Hmmmm hate to say it but that's just as bad as Lewisham.

Basically the area can be gang filled, yes there are muggings, drugs, etc etc. Those areas have alot of council estates in and around (not that I have anything against anyone living on an estate though). But whenever I've gone through the place you usually see gangs of kids causing some mischief.

Up My Street can give you a rough overview on statistics. They are however pushing money into the area, and brightening it up etc.

Are you going to Lewisham University?

Personally I'd never go there, or anywhere surrounding it, by choice :-) lol

Last time I went anywhere near there, I think it was Lewisham itself, and I saw a policeman nearly getting bottled by a gang of black guys.

UAL put halls in lame areas as a general rule.
I survived 9 months in Tooting anyways... Which halls did you get?
LCF students always seem to have to mission into uni, there was loads of them in my halls last year.
