Sorry for the delay - I've been away at the Australian Discworld Convention and wifi access has been very intermittent! Yes, I did post this, though I don't have the receipt here at work. I'm not even sure I have it at home any more - this was so long ago I've probably discarded it, but I'll have a look.

I hope it hasn't gone missing :-(
