Challenge 55: 4.13: Journey's End

We've reached the end of S4 with "Journey's End", a finale that's possibly sadder than "Doomsday". We're doing things just like last week, I've got 20 caps behind the cut but if there's a cap or a scene that you want to use that I haven't included, feel free to use a different cap. It was very hard for me to narrow this down to just 20 caps, so there are a lot of things I wasn't able to include. Special categories for this challenge will be determined by the icons submitted, but we will at least have a Best Doctor category and some sort of Companion categor(y/ies), but exactly what those will be depends on the icons submitted. Your limit remains at 6 icons but you've got a lot of wiggle room here, so be creative and above all, have fun!

Rules
You must be a member to participate in the challenges
Only the pictures provided may be used
You may use a capture more than once, but for no more than 3 icons
Blending, textures, brushes, etc are allowed unless otherwise specified
Your icons must be new, never before used or posted, and they can't be posted anywhere until the winners of that challenge have been announced
Entries must meet LJ requirements: 100x100 pixels, no bigger than 40KB
You can make up to 6 icons for this challenge!
