Wow, thanks for the doezen Buffyverse/Whoniverse crossovers, so many excellent ideas, sorry if I feel the need to comment on each one. All these stories show the richness in what can be done with Buffyverse/Whonivers crossovers ( ... )

No need to apologize at all! I'm delighted. Thank you.

The First can take the shape of anyone who has ever been dead, obviously Captain Jack, but what about a Timelord who has regenerated? Do you think it be possible for The First take the shape of previous incarnations of The Doctor, the way he was able to do with Buffy? What about other living but regenerated Timelords? Now that idea can make for an excellent story in itself, perhaps a Torchwood crossover.
Does a regeneration count as a death? Or is it just a nifty "face-lift" type deal. If I remember correctly, Nine describes it as a way of cheating death, so are Time Lords "legally" dead at some point during regeneration where the First would be able to assume their form? That is such an intriguing question. Would definitely be an interesting story.

What happens when Sarah Jane meets Giles, and notes his resemblance to a certain Krilittaine .*G* Buffy/SJA is another fun idea. There are so many places to go with all of these ( ... )

I think it counts as a death, no offense to Rat_Hospital but in the DW movie, Seven went into cardiac arrest, then regenerated. I think that would count as a death, as Buffy technically died when her heart stopped beating.

However it does make for some very interesting fannish discussion. I've seen a few Whoniverse crossovers dealing with the first, but I think this would warrend a discussion of its own.
