Hey everyone, question.
Does anyone have a good picture of the big ACE on the back of her jacket?
Also whats the best way to make it? Felt and glue on the cheap or get it embroidered on? Any help would be great!
Thanks.

There are lots of great shots of the back of the jacket on this comm. That is what I was linking you to, and what you can find if you search. As for what to do, obviously embroidery will look best/most accurate, but felt and glue work fine if you're unable/willing to spend the money on the embroidery.

As seen in that photo the "A" is red fabric, sort of a shiny material not unlike the jacket's own, and the "ce" is yellow fabric. The letters are traced around the outsides with a border of what looks to be the same type of fabric, white on "A" and orange on "ce." (Note how the border crosses over the letter "e" so that the letter's tail overlaps the rest.) The whole thing is then tacked to the jacket with what looks to be a standard zigzag stitch doable on any sewing machine.

The 'A' is a stock varsity letter (US college jacket) the very kind that can be purchased off eBay if you search 'varsity letter'. Though the actual varsity font varies to this Ace variant, the seller tells me they can do something more specific, but I haven't asked them of this yet so cannot vouch.
The 'ce' bit I think is again stock letters they've bought from somewhere (though it can easily be remade with felt and over stitching with orange thread - or even wool! LOL)
I have started an Ace costume making blog at http://acecostume.blogspot.com/
I've been designing this graphic myself in Photoshop to have reproduced or printed/embroidered. I can provide this to you if you like. But obviously it'll look very photoshopped when compared to the original!
