Hey everyone!! I'm sewing my own (eek!) soothsayer costume for Dragon*con this year. I found my fabric and I'm sorta winging it on the sewing...no idea what I'm doing but it's all good. But I can't find the jewelry. Does anyone have any good links for jewelry alts? Not too expensive since I'll only ever wear it with this costume.

I don't have any alts to suggest to you, but just taking a look at some photos, I think if you picked up some chunky jewelry in a wood/black/bronze look, you'd get pretty close. If you have any skill with polymer clay (or know someone who does), you could probably make some of the components. I suggest printing some photos that show the jewelry and taking a stroll through your local Hobby Lobby, JoAnn's or similar store, as well as thrift stores. Good luck! The hunt is half the fun! I'm going to Dragon*Con too!
