This is quite impressive to say the least!! I'm rather speechless by it all. What a treat to be along for the ride. Thanks!

Thanks. Glad you enjoy seeing the process. It's laborious but when you break it down not THAt complicated and a neat project to work on.

This is going to be so amazing! I can't wait to see it! Only thing how do you see out of it, and is it heavy?

I thought I explained the eyesight in this entry- there's a cut out section of foam in the neck with lack mesh to hide my eyes and slits cut into the neck fold I'l see out of. It's cumbersome but not that heavy as the foam is very light. I haven't tried it on with the helmet/dome yet so those may be famous last words.

Knock on wood, right? Yeah, the eyesight slits look great. You can't even see them in the photos after the latex. By the way, how did you keep the latex off the eye slits anyway? I mean how can you still see through the slits? Did you cover them when doing the latex or something?

The slits weren't covered for the latexing, but we just basically peeled and pulled away some of the excess afterwards.

Why is it you get to have TWO pictures before the cut where everyone else is only allowed ONE?

:(

Sheesh. I honestly forgot the rule changed. Didn't mean to imply favoritism, I just formatted these this way out of past breakdown habit. Once I'm out of audio editing hell I'll go back and correct.
