Also, I am forever in awe of your lovely makeup posts, being almost entirely makeup inept (I'm okay with hair but my hair curler has gone missing, er, somewhere. So, alas.) Seriously, you (both) look beautiful and wonderful AND I DON'T UNDERSTAND YOUR MAKE UP WONDERS BUT THEY'RE AWESOME. :D
Aw thank you! I blame make up tutorials on youtube, I watch them constantly. If you want a breakdown of how I did it I can PM you? This one is REALLY simple I'm sure you'd do a great job. :)
Oooh, me gusta. Seriously, her hair is so gorgeous at the beginning of the episode when they're still on the TARDIS, it almost looks like... she just took a shower and is letting it air-dry and it's allllllllmost done. If that makes any sense.
Stephanie and I are going to try out your curling iron technique the next time one of us puts on Vampires or TPO/TBB.
I'm still working on trying to strike a good balance between barely-there makeup that doesn't show in pictures and therefore makes me look bland, and makeup that LOOKS barely-there. If that also makes any sense.
I know right?! I don't know why it changed so much when she exited the TARDIS, but I went with when she's still in there. :P It does make sense.
Yay! Also it helps if you don't wash your hair for at least a day before curling it, it stays a lot better. And don't worry about them being too loose, it's really just like a little but of curl and VOLUME.
It does and I'm still trying to figure it out too 'cause I want my make up to show a little but not be like "oh she has make up on." Really just cover up any pimples etc and you should be good.
Hmmm about the hair washing. I'm really self-conscious about doing that sort of thing because my hair, much like my face, is VERY oily. And it wouldn't really be practical for a multi-day event, would it?
Have you tried using a dry shampoo? That can also help! I mean I only recommend not washing your hair because it makes it stay better, at least in my hair. However my hair doesn't get very oily.
Wow--you are gorgeous! Your hair and make-up are absolutely perfect--I love the soft and natural look.
On a semi-unrelated note, was the palette you were talking about the Coastal Scents one? I have that one and it seriously might be the best $20 I've ever spent in my life hahah--SO MANY eyeshadows!
