Jo Progess and a desperate plea for help!

Gallifrey is so close, I wasn't going to bother posting a progress pic buuuut, I'm in need of some help!
So, I'm 95% done with Day of the Daleks version Jo Grant (I just keep forgetting to hem the jumper, augh).

I've always wanted to do Jo, and I happened to be gifted with some denim a few months ago, I happened to have some plaid in the exact colours (the proportions are a bit off but hey, I already had it), I happened to have bought white gogo boots for my TARDIS costume several years ago, and I happened to have bought a wig for Jo three years ago. So you see, I just sort of had to. Actually, the only thing I bought were the red buttons.
Anyway!
My plea is this!
Makeup help please!
Is she wearing fake eyelashes? Is that lip gloss? Is that eyeshadow (I know, with her fringe it's hard to tell)? I can't tell these things D: (it is, in fact, far easier to slap a beard on ones face than to bother with the details of girly makeup).
And progress:
I took the pattern for the jumper off a vintage 60s jumper I'd bought some years back (and never wore, so I'm super happy to have found a use for it), and for the top I used an early 70s pattern which I have laying around from my grandmother, though I ended up messing with it so much I needn't have bothered (apparently, patterns of that era only came in one size, and my grandmother was several sizes larger than I).
I even put a lapped zipper in, which I don't even like XD But what can you do, that's what she's got.
So, pathetic as my cry is, please take pity on my makeup inept self D:
