Just had my OB appt...I am measuring at 37 weeks, 4cm dilated and my cervix is 70% thinned out...WTF!?

so crazy?! i can't believe im already this dilated. my doctor said i'll have a fast labor since i am already this far along and only 36 weeks. she also said to have my overnight back packed, just in case. b/c she can either come tonight or decide to stay full term...its unpredictable!
