Plot bunny with no muse to write..Please help!!!

Well, I've been thinking about a story that I would love to read. With this being the Halloween season I figure that this would be a great idea. I want to write it, however there is no muse besides this little tidbit...if someone can and would continue it I would LOVE for you to do so
