i am really sick of my lj name (and my screen name at that) but i dont want to change my screen name and have to tell everyone that i have a new screen name. grrrr. and i dont even know what i should change it to.

how about...yeah...for AIM you get dead aim have two screen names going at once, make one away message say "new sn = _____" then be signed onto the new one ;)
and then post in here that you have a new username and everyone that wants to be on your list should add you
oh
and for aim
save your buddy list and load it into your new screen name
thats the easiest way to do these things

actually you dont need dead aim to be logged on twice, go to "my aim" then "manage linked screen names" and link your two names together, change the profile of one of them to say "new sn ___" and there ya go. thats how i stay logged onto two names at once.
