hey, booyah! oh my, my eyes hurt.(@.@) please put a space after each paragraph. And, try to avoid switching tenses. if you're going to use the past, just use past, the same with the present tense. only put them together in a paragraph/sentence if necessary. hmm, i'm the first to comment. i like emily's character here, so funny and she's a sadist.

Thank you for your comments. Constructive criticism is always appreciated. Your concerns about tense and grammar had been brought to my attention as I posted the first several pieces of this story. These were the first stories I had ever posted anywhere (first time I've ever written for an audience outside of myself)and I had a number of comments over on the DWP site offering me advice and help. I was such a neophyte that it was chapter eight or nine before I learned how to link to my own web page so before that I was making separate posts to each page. I think you'll find improvement in both use of tense and the way the story is broken down on the page as the chapters progress. I've actually had a beta reader on my two stories that are not in I'll Follow and the same beta will soon be getting the first part of my next DWP story. I hope you'll stay with I'll Follow through it's end and tell me what you think after the last chapter.
