I'm taking everything very hard. It's broken me mentally an emotionally. And as a result, I think the best and only thing I can do right now is take a break from all social media. For just awhile or for good, I don't know. But I do know I'm in a bad place right now and I just need to eliminate additional stressors. I hope this isn't how my journal
