It's okay to let conversation die once in a while, you know. You don't have to keep talking forever, and you definitely don't have to seem like you're offended when people don't respond right away.

It's less me being offended and more me being scared sometimes. It's a long convoluted story about my ex, and I've gone over it a few times with many people.

Basically, I get scared if I don't talk to someone, so I try to keep a conversation going, and yes, talk forever. I got really use to it with him, we talked almost all the time.
