The Husband has been working openings, which means he goes to bed early, which means that since my computer is right next to where he sleeps, that I'm limited to using my iPad rather than tippity tappety typing. But he has tomorrow off so I'm hopefully not disturbing him too much

Farmed shellfish is great. It's good for the environment and safe because they test it regularly.

I'm talking about oysters, clams and mussels here. Shrimp has a TON of problems.
