I'm sitting in the fog of my anger,watching as the plumes of black smoke pour from my neck.Trying not to dwell on the pain of lies.Could it possibly be that I deserved it?,I think not.The inevitable silence of my hermitage is a constant reminder of my situation ,damn the fruit of angry seed ( Read more... )

Sorry you're so angry.
I was that angry for the first 2 weeks this month. It's just now begun to subside. I'm exhausted.
Hope your situation gets better sooner than mine did.

Thank you my dear,it is totally draining to be this angry,and to keep the anger focused is proving to be difficult at best.

Everyone needs to feel the anger, but try to turn it into something positive like a lesson learned. I am sure that you know full well the philosophy behind that.

Sometimes you have to just let yourself be angry. I get that. Just try not to let the actions, thoughts, and opinions of others ruin your life. YOU are in charge of your life, not them. You're welcome for the comment.

Absolutely .This is a total embracement of my anger,with the added bonus of clarity and realization of all I have learned.My mind, or life is not moved ,but only the emotion of anger is present.Its a great feeling to be able to emote without tearing a big ass rip in my life.It just is involving the people i am mad at and not the rest of my life.Its great! Sure everything is commonly related,but the focus of where and why i am angry is keeping it from leaking over into any other areas.
