So, I've been thinking about trying out Blood Ties, is it really campy or do you think it has serious qualities? Like what kind of show would you compare it to?
Honestly I don't think the show is that good. I remember wondering "And why am I watching this?" during some season 1 episodes. But I love vampires, and I need a vampire show, and there hasn't been a good one since they cancelled Angel. But after a while you get used to characters, they are good. I was hoping I could start watching Moonlight this year and quit BT. But Moonlight was an even bigger disappointment, they completely butchered vampire myth there. So I'm sticking with BT. So far season 2 is better than season 1 was, and the show is showing some improvement. I'd say it's best to try and see for yourself. But it's definitely not the same league as BtVS/AtS.
Yay for B&S! Wow, I didn't think you'd like Kitty or Justin. Huh. Kevin was a given though, lol.
The strike is getting scary. After Heroes announcing they might be ending the season in December, looks like Greys plans on doing the same. :(
*points at icon* DOOOMED!! I think "saving up for winter" will get a new meaning this year LOL. Thank God for the Brits and Kyle. And we'll probably have Skins & OTH. Hm. Still - scary.
I like Kitty because of the politics. Shut up. :P I don't agree with her >:) but that's not the point. I do hope the campaign will still stay a big storyline, now with the baby and all. And poor Justin, everyone is always treating him like a baby but still going to him to complain about everything. lol I'd snap much sooner. Plus, I like him and Rebecca. :D
I read about Heroes. Didn't know about Grey's. Smallville has 16 episodes ready, and they'll end that with cliffhanger if needed, so that's shorter than the usual season would be, but still good. Like you said - Kyle. And Psych (I hope!). And Torchwood and Skins are coming back in January. Bless BBC and British television!!! And I have Life on Mars to watch. And you still have Doctor Who. Worst case scenario - we'll be poor, but we won't starve. ;)
I'm not happy with the addiction storyline either, but I must say it was an interesting choice. I mean how the hell do you choose a *better* option out of those two? O_o
Have faith hon. Maybe it won't be so bad, the strike might not last that long. *crosses fingers*
Robin Hood is always good. And still MINE so hands off young lady. :P Oh dear poor you with Allan and Will. I am sure you will find someway to fill the lack of slashiness. (Is that even a word
( ... )
Hee, I love how first thing people think off when it comes to me is slash! \o/ It wasn't about that this time. ;) I really like Allan. He was always a bit more...wild(?) than the rest of them, and he isn't in it so much for the "king and country" like the others, but he was always loyal. Will might be the youngest in the group, but Allan has always been the 'younger brother who always gets in trouble and makes stupid decisions' type more than Will. It broke my heart when he turned and started spying, and this episode was such a downer. I really thought he'd admit - first when Robin asked, then when they orchestrated the whole scene with Will. But no luck. :(
The dress today was kickass. With the cape and little red touch. Totally made of pretty. Agreed!!! I always wanted a cape like that when I was younger. lol And the green dress is so gorgeous, just enough cleavage. :D
Only poor Richard is stuck wearing the same black leather outfit on every freaking episode. I'm not complaining

LOL @ Justin. I hate the addiction storyline though, I was really hoping they wouldn't go back to that. But hopefully they'll deal with it soon.
Oh, it'll be a poor winter alright. LOL. Especially with the amount of shows we're watching now. 3-4 a week will be like nothing.
