RIGHT?! 3 is nowhere near enough! I need more Sherlock. I need more episodes, like Sherlock needs his nicotine patches. And this is not a three patch problem, BBC. We.Need.More! :/
Merlin totally sneaked up on me! I had no idea new season would start so soon. NOT that I'm complaining! \o/

Heh as much I would love there to be more Sherlock episodes, as Moffat especially, and Gatiss are involved with the new Doctor Who I can understand why there wouldn't be more that that.
And ohhhhh. Irene Adler refernence? I know that the "Falling" is a reference to Reichenbach Falls- it must be that when Sherlock disappeared but it seems that Adler and Moriarty are connected somehow?
I guess that could be the case. :/ I wish we'd at least get a Christmas special then. I'm just really greedy. lol I've fallen hard for this show.
I think falling is him either hinting at Irene or the Falls. I doubt they'd "kill" him so soon, so probably Irene. But it's so weird, I just don't see this version of Sherlock being romantically interested in anyone. He seems like he'd see it as pointless distraction from work.
IA on falling for this show. I'd actually forgotten how amazing a writer Moffat is, which is weird because of Season 5's who. But yeah he leave you wanting more doesn't he?
I think Sherlock was never intended to be romantically linked with Irene. It's just that people over the years have seen his obession with her beating him, as something that could hint at a romantic connection between the two.
I would *die* if Irene and Moriarty were one and the same. Though
I just heard that series 6 of DW will be in two parts, first part airing in April and second part airing in the autumn. The Moff apparently wants a big cliffhanger mid-season and a break after that. You could have squeezed in one more Sherlock episode there, Steven!
Agreed re Adler. Being as both Moffat and Gatiss are such huge fanboys of original books, I'd expect them to know that and go with book cannon, not what movies established after that. It'd be nice if Sherlock would appreciate her because she outwitted him, not because he's smitten.
You think that might be the case? I'd still prefer Molly as Moriarty, that would be hilarious if Moriarty were in front of his nose the entire time, playing him along and pretending to crush on him. :))
