So You Think You Can DanceTravis Wall choreographed contemporary piece about two friends who part after a betrayal. And while you can see it as end of a friendship dance, I missed the part of the intro where he explained it and thought it was about a breakup. The dance just felt really intimate. And honestly, "friends" ( Read more... )

Th'hell? I didn't go past the homophobia so I didn't see that.

I didn't want to go back to check, but a friend of mine said that on the anniversary of Hiroshima bombing he said that atom bombs were a good thing, because imagine how many job opportunities there were when they needed to rebuild. Seriously, he sounds like a monster.

Yay for the defeat of Prop. 8! As someone who lives in California, I can only say, it's about time. We're supposed to be the liberal state, people! Such craziness.

I followed Adam Baldwin on the first day he started his Twitter, before I knew what he was like. I didn't last long. I remember when Amy Berg (amazing writer, showrunner for Eureka, used to write for Leverage) followed and then unfollowed him in like, one day, and said exactly what she thought of him, too. It was great.

I hunted down Sherlock after everybody started raving about it, and watched the first two episodes this week, the second one just last night. SO GOOD. They need to make more, as soon as humanly possible. I will savor the third and final episode, and then pine for further adventures.

I took one look at his twitter when I got my own, and just froze and went "Nooo, thank you." Ha ha. And he got even WORSE since.

My respect for Amy Berg just went up. I like that she spoke up and didn't just unfollow him.

I'm thrilled you got into Sherlock! \o/
And agreed, three episodes wasn't nearly enough. :(
But series 2 was confirmed today. We just don't know when they'll film it and how many episodes there will be. I'm imagining more than 3, since this series was so popular!
