I got a massage last night. I really needed it; doing backbends is cool, but puts stress on my back. I'm trying to be really careful to do daily back stretches and forward bends to keep it strong and limber. I promise I'll stop if my back starts hurting. I have an alternate solo picked out just in case

Yeah, I did drink my water :) Both after the massage and after yoga. Water is so important!
