Outdoor yoga

I've been thinking about doing my yoga practice outside for a little while now, and this morning I finally did it. I was a little nervous about practicing without the DVD to tell me what to do next. Silly, maybe, to feel the need the training wheels, but that's part of the reason I wanted to do it

*smile* I like the story about Muezza. I did try to gently remove the blanket from under Barney, but she was having none of it. I try to give them what they need, when I can, even if it is a bit inconvenient for me. Our cats are with us for so little time, and really, they ask little of us. It just happens to not always be on a convenient time-table!
