Snow, snow, snow

Snow started falling about 10am yesterday morning. By noon when I left work (a few hours early), the roads were already really sloppy. Now it is 6pm the next day and snow is still falling. There's easily over a foot of snow on the ground. Ki, my indoor-outdoor cat, keeps asking to go out every few hours. He seems to forget how bad it is out there

I'd come to the same conclusion--just use this time to clean house!

The official report in Columbus is 20.4 inches. That appears to be a record. But all is not lost--we got a brief glimmer of sunlight right as the sun set today. I bet by tomorrow late afternoon the roads will be fine.

At least I hope so. I'll start getting stir-crazy otherwise :)

20.4 inches! Wow! Thank goodness I have a neighbor with a plow, or I'd be doing a lot of shoveling.

for da kitty: boiled chicken and (white if possible, the blander the better) rice if the upset tummy doesn't resolve on it's own. sorry, always gotta chirp in on animal related issues.

in other news, i'm doing my damnedest to bring some sense of spring back with me from florida tomorrow. trust me...

Thanks for the kitty food tip! He didn't throw up yesterday or today, so hopefully things are better now.
