I truly do believe that. I hope my post doesn't belie that belief. Actually, even as I was writing it I wondered if each person discovering the key to happiness for themselves isn't in itself essential for personal happiness.

That having been said, I do like this formula. It doesn't tell you *what* will make you feel good, *how* to reduce bad feelings, or what a right feeling is. Or even what it means to remain in a state of growth. What makes those things work is individual for each person.

I just wanted to say that I really enjoyed meeting you. You are a total hottie! I hope we can get together again soon.
PS I am still drunk as I write this.

I had a great time meeting you too! I would love to do that again sometime.

I wondered if you might not still be drunk today. I hope you don't feel too bad. I had to go out and get a burger at Wendy's--my normal hangover cure. I'm doing better now :)

Not hung over at all. I think I have discovered that Rum works for me much better than Vodka. Vodka always gives me a headache. Also, I am sure the water that Rob kept giving me helped. I think I drank like five more glasses of it before I went to bed, I was soooo thirsty. Me and Brian stayed up to watch the Illusionist after you left, and when I went to be after that I was still drunk. But, this morning I feel okay.
I don't think I've ever been that drunk though, it was a serious level of drunkenness. :-D
Whenever you guys are in town I'd love to hang out again. Or maybe I'll come down to your neck of the woods.

I'm glad you aren't hung over. My hang over didn't last past lunch, thank goodness :)

I'd love to hang out with you some time. I'll let you know when our schedules work out for us to be up there for another weekend. And you are always welcome down at my place, too :)
