Closer to being a homeowner!

For the past few weeks the sellers of the farmhouse and I have been negotiating several points on the purchase contract. I just heard from them and they have accepted my offer! I'll have my attorney draw up the contract with the negotiated changes. I should be a homeowner in about 4 weeks! Wheee!!
