Ugh, bike theft makes me SO MAD. I'm sorry Maggie. :(
The only shop I really have experience with is Urbane Cyclist, where I bought my bike, tho I'm not sure if they have used bikes. But they have new ones in varying prices and the customer service was always super good. I went to Bikes on Wheels once and thought that the selection of used bikes they had at the time was way overpriced for what they were.. but it was only that one time so I dunno!
Those are both really, really funny store names! I am enjoying picturing the Urbane Cyclist (not Urban? really?) just looking snooty and unflappable. And I want to know if Bikes On Wheels are on the regular wheels that all bikes are on or EXTRA, other wheels!!
