Yeah, I already bought them. It seems I'm thinking too simple, cause I thought if they release the mangas the novels would surely follow....

I tried sending email to companies who also translated light novels of other series, like the death Note Light novel...I never received any answer i-i so yeah...Let's hope that with the manga, they will eventually think about the light novel

really? I believe it's the manga you're talking about. If a light novel english adaptation is coming out then I guess I can just stop translating drrr already. Could you provide a link or something?

Okay so, I think perhaps these links were meant...?
http://www.amazon.de/Durarara-Saika-Arc-Vol-1/dp/0316245321/ref=sr_1_8?ie=UTF8&qid=1355147352&sr=8-8
http://www.amazon.de/Durarara-Saika-Arc-Vol-2/dp/0316250945/ref=sr_1_12?ie=UTF8&qid=1355147352&sr=8-12
'cause after looking again I only found those and it does say...erm...english...soft-cover...? not sure what "taschenbuch" is in english^^''
So I think this could be the one, but I'm not sure

Nope these are the manga...translated in what looks like...German? I dunno. That's cos it gives credit to the mangaka Akiyo Satorigi, not Yasuda Suzuhito who illustrated the light novel.
