I've done some digging around, but haven't come up with much of anything yet

I haven't seen any Durarara!! but I've tweaked my own before. And it's honestly not that hard to mod something. Just find a layout you're partial too and swap the header/background image for an image of your choosing. Colors and sizing are fairly easy to tweak from there, it's just a matter of trial and error.
