Second... The questions!

Where did Psychedelic-420 (Shizuo in green), Virus-138 (Izaya in red) and V-420 (Shizuo in blue or something like that) come from? Really... I've searched a CD cover or anything that features them but I cannot find

"za" (and "sa") are also used for three. You might have heard of the "yakuza", the Japanese mafia... their name comes from the numbers 8-9-3, which is the lowest scoring hand in a popular card game. So 3 for "za" is very common. If you want to spell more words with numbers, check this out: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Japanese_wordplay

I think the doujinshi you're talking about is named "Count Down", but there're only raws... indeed you can download it on aarinfantasy.

in episode 20 (i think) kadota gives kida a phone number, and when kida checks his phone he sees it's izaya's number. it was 090-138, the last number/numbers? got cut off. i'd find you a screencap if i was on an actual computer orz
