Physical traits: Has a red "666" on his right palm. That's really all of particular note, other than a flashy earring on his left ear?
What's Okay To Mention Around Him: Anything, pretty much (maybe sans end-game spoilers, as he's taken from right before the KOS-MOS/T-elos/Mary stuff). If something comes up, I'll mention it!
Telepathy: Jr. has telepathic powers! But it's really just between him and the other U.R.T.V.s. I don't think psychics can break into it, however if your character would be able to feel telepathic waves going back and forth between them, then they'd be able to notice something there. Jr.'s telepathy is going to be noted in red italics, like so:

Notes for the Psychics: For anybody who would be able to tell, Jr. is a 27 year old in the body of a 12 year old. This can't be read by DNA, but probably more if your character is able to ~feel~ how old a soul is or something.
- Jr. has more than one consciousness inside of him, for those able to detect that. Episode III spoilers here: the consciousness is [ his brother, Albedo. ]. However, the spirit is basically sleeping, so it's not doing much. But it is there and probably able to be picked up on.
- Jr. is a U.R.T.V., or a genetically grown child made for the purpose to beat up a wave form of collective (but a single) consciousness. This wave form has infinite energy, is considered as "God" of a higher domain, that humans fear and some want to control or defeat. In reality they were made to gather information on U-DO as it cannot actually be destroyed. The U.R.T.V. waveforms would have countered with U-DO's, resulting in mass hilarity and doom. There are 669 URTV children, all of which look exactly alike, even in eye and hair color. Then there were the four variants, #666 - #669. Rubedo (Jr.), Albedo, Citrine, and Nigredo. (Citrine is a female URTV, of which there were very few of). The main difference between the variants and the other 665 URTV is their hair and eye color, and powers. The URTV have a mental link between each other, and their survival depends on keeping that link to block off outside waves and the Song of Nephilim during the Miltian Conflict. (Jr. is the link leader, and broke this link 15 years ago which wiped all but the 4 variants out, when they were in the Miltian war). So DNA people may pick up on that he is not totally normal!
- Red Dragon power is probably the biggest psychic ping! Jr.'s power is the Red Dragon mode. Off the bat, Jr's power is so strong that Nigredo/Gaignun and Citrine were made for the sole purpose to be able to kill him if the power went out of control. Jr. is the only URTV who has this power. In some places it's described as what kind of sounds like SEED mode from SEED - to the point where he goes past rational thought and loses control and fights just for the sake of fighting (although it's described as this, it's not really lasted long enough in-game to see how bad it can really get or really gone out of control). He has been suppressing this for a very long time and tries to continue to do so to his best ability, but it's still there, just under the surface.
Red Dragon mode has come out a few times during the span of the three games. When Jr gets too angry or overwhelmed, he gets surrounded by a red fiery aura as the power comes out. In the third game, it's a fire-elemental attack. He's attacked Albedo in it a few times, but he's also been able to stop it in time when it seems that he's close to losing control, too. It's never really shown to its fullest extent, but it's obvious that it's powerful. tl;dr if your character can sense power, they will probably feel this coming from him. I am cool with it being mentioned.
Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?: Sure thing. o/
Kissing/Hugging: PROBABLY ALL GOOD.
Fighting: If Jr. gets irritated with you, he will get snappy but he won't attack someone unless he's attacked first. He has guns baby, and he knows how to use them, so he will help out anybody in boss fights etc.
Maim/Murder/Death: I am down with ass-kicking and stuff, but no death.
Emo, Angst, Drama: Lol Xenosaga lol. That said, YES I am down with everything.
Cooking: ... I have no idea. Maybe a little. Probably has bitches do it for him at home.
