Pseudological fantastica has always fascinated me. I think there is a lot of it about, especially with mental disorders like reactive attachment disorder, borderline personality disorder (and all the cluster B mental disorders) and obsessive-compulsive disorder which really surprised me but shouldn't have really because often you want to cover up

Spot the chump : gull the chump - isn't this everywhere you look?
A way to deal with it is to have the information and confront.
The problem with knowing, rather than trusting, is the work involved.
I get angry when I am avoiding the work involved. Have you considered
laughing at having a lazy day? Get something to eat and cheer up.
