don't you want me baby 001

After Arthur's last text, Eames hadn't responded, choosing instead to throw on a pale green blouse and well worn jeans over the lingerie (which she was indeed wearing) and heading out to a local club.

She was tired and frustrated. Tired of this cat and mouse game with Arthur, and this had been her attempt at bringing things to a head. But as usual he turned her topsy turvy and now it was she whom was irritated and knocking back shots and ordering drinks with silly names.

She danced, with a boy younger than her and Arthur, but by the time she should have been cozying up to him she was drunk and irritated about the dark haired man she worked with.

So, she'd given the boy a kiss on the cheek and her number scrawled on a scrap of paper before she made her way back to the apartment Arthur was using in this area.

Unminding of it being nearly eleven she had found his door and knocked on it, loudly.

"Arthur. Arthur!"

what: log, who: arthur (littlspecificty), verse: dont you want me baby
