vampires line dancing to "Living Dead Girl" is way cooler than vampire baseball.

I think it was in "Every Witch Way but Dead" by Kim Harrison but it might have been in one of the earlier books

Yeah, even the trailer shows they've change things in the book. In some situations, maybe that's a good thing.

I liked Penelope, it was adorable. A little silly, even for what it was, but adorable. I want her wardrobe so badly.

I've read all thee, it looks to me like the movie's going to be a combo of the first and second books. They're interesting, but I have to admit, I lost a certain amount of patience with them by the third. Mostly, I keep wondering, why do all these super natural creepy crawlies really give a rats arse what happens to this girl?

If you guys want to read the other two, let me know, i'll bring em tomorrow.

We have the other two, our cousin loaned them to us. Rosie's started the second and is already rolling her eyes.

That's the problem with this sort of story, why do they care? I get the feeling that Billy Black only really cares because he finds the cullens unnatural and doesn't want bella to be like them, but beyond that, so? If her blood had the crack effect on everybody, at least that would be a reason. Right now it just seems like people think, "wow, they really like her, she must be SPECIAL" when in reality the Cullens' main interest in Bella is that she's a hallmark card for Edward.
