Thank you so much for these. Much appreciated. Where did you get the DVD? Is it the French version with English subtitles from Amazon?

I got the DVD from Amazon France, and its both, french version and english version (with displaying french subtitles). But I've read somewhere that end of December the DVD should also be released in Germany.
