This is what I've heard too. After seeing the trailers, I knew it wasn't going to beat the LOTR trilogy and the way the movie looks is very odd.

Did you notice anything in terms of the length (besides that it dragged on) because I read it's supposed to be about ten minutes longer?

It was definetly quite long, though I have no idea how much of that was due to the higher FPS... nearly took 3 hours, maybe?

I think it was supposed to be 3 hours and 10 minutes but I don't remember the reason.
