I had my own "feeling old" experience recently. I went back to Walden for the Thanksgiving banquet, since Judy is retiring. I realized that of all the kids there, only the seniors would have been BORN the year I graduated. (Well, WE, actually. Why deny sharing some more of the old?) The only people left from when we were there are Judy (until the end of 2nd quarter), Tom Feeney, Betty Brooks, and Terri in the office.
BTW, you'll never guess who just started teaching there this year. I don't know if you remember him or not, but it's Joe Kane (from the Parkside Ranger when we were at UWP). I stumbled across him totally by acciednt trying to find tables to swipe to help set up for the banquet.
I remember Joe Kane. I brought a mug to work last week that Ma bought a ton of and gave to everyone. I was washing it when I realized my Minion (aka Student Employee) was 7 years old when I got it. I have made the statement to my kids about having stuff that is older than them.
