Nope. Definitely the third season. Remember that they started dating in 3x01? I have caps of that episode too. At the beginning of this episode, their relationship is still new and Cory tells Topanga that he loves her, and she freaks out and breaks up with him, and then they have this cute little makeup scene at the end.
