Writer's Block: Let’s Get Physical

I would like to not have to worry if I'm plus or regular sizes when I go wedding dress shopping.
What's preventing me: laziness, heat, distractions, my love of bad food....
I could go on with excuses... but a serious lack of motivation has to be the main one
(anyone want to motivate me ??!!??)
