300 (ish)

My records suck. I remember weighing in at the gym and it being around 300; I think I got disgusted and didn't take the time to get let the beam really settle down for an accurate reading.

But I'm pretty sure I was around 280 in mid February 2005. My Fitday records start in July 05 : 248 pounds.

So, while it hasn't been rapid, it's been steady, with some breaks without significant regain. I've become convinced that a "ratcheting" strategy like that is a good plan for anyone massive fat -- drop twenty or so pound, maintain until you own the new weight, then lose some more.

Just found something (since I know you's a professor, my academic habits kick in and I have to be accurate and stuff.)

If you'd take off the rollerblades, your fast ass would slow down a bit.

I'm pretty sure I have an eating disorder and self-esteem issues.

I tried a therapist, but the bastard never had any cookies in the office.

In all seriousness... sometimes, for a refeed or whatever, I find it scarey to add calories. In fact, I just plain do not do the level of carbs recommended.
That's probably sane.

The insane thing is that the notion of not recording intake freaks me out. I'm okay with eating ice cream or whatever, but I've gotten fucking compulsive about counting that shit.
