You have almost certainly been told that by me.

They are very hard to describe or categorize. It's this dude, Stephen Merrit, who writes these songs. Mostly they are love songs, but other songs too. They are really melodic and beautiful, and he has really strange and interesting arrangements. Sometimes synth pop. Sometimes strings. Sometimes just a piano and a ukelele.

I am uploading 25 tracks for you to download and check out. Let me know when you're done (or not interested) so I can delete them.
