THEAH YES SADNESS MAKE ALL THE JAREDS THIS SAD, I DEMAND IT.

I loved loved loved the way you played with POV in this one, using what we the audience know from having been in Jared's head and what Jensen doesn't know because he hasn't. Most poignant to me was Jensen thinking that Jared wants the real thing, that he thinks what this is is a trial run Jared does because it doesn't matter so that he can be ready for when he meets someone he will want to be able to do these things with for real, when we know that it is because this is Jensen that Jared wants these things enough to push into this terrifying territory.;____;

Also that "i do" Jared whispers was a little stab in my heart as much as Jensen's.

I really wanted to show why they never do anything but stay in the hotel, like why they don't pretend more outside of the room and I'm very delighted that Jared's pain came through with this set up :D And that Jensen is learning himself why Jared is so uptight, himself. AND JARED SO WANTS TO GO OUT ON DATES WITH JENSEN BUT OF COURSE IS LIKE NO NOT LIKE THAT BUT LIKE JUST LEAVE THE HOTEL PLS EVEN THOUGH I WILL NOT HANDLE IT VERY WELL.

Ohhhhhhh this verse slays me with each post and yet I love it so much I just have to come back for more.

I adored how you captured the heaviness and all encompassing weight of Jared's sadness, and Jensen wanting to whatever he can he to help; that shower scene was just beautiful. Oh these boys!!!

As I commented above, the shower scene has been in my head all week and I really wanted to get them to that kind of intimacy where Jensen goes to Jared, wants to help him heal, even though it's at the hands of something he inadvertently did.
